How selling works, step by step

Tell us what you have
Call, stop by, or send a request online. A rough description is enough — you don't need to know values, dates, or grades before you contact us.

Bring it in
Bring the coins, currency, bullion, or collection as-is — boxes, albums, and loose pieces are all fine. No need to sort or clean anything beforehand.

Get an evaluation and offer
We look over what you've brought, explain what we're seeing, and walk through how we arrived at an offer for each piece or the collection as a whole.

Decide
Sell everything, sell part of it, or take time to think it over. There is no obligation to sell anything you bring in for evaluation.
Pricing
How offers are determined
For bullion, sterling, and scrap, the offer is tied closely to the current market price of the metal, adjusted for purity and weight. For collectible coins and currency, rarity, date, mint mark, condition, and third-party certification (NGC, PCGS, PMG) often matter more than metal content alone. We'll walk through which factors apply to your items and why, so the number makes sense before you decide anything.
