Authentication matters even more with ancients and less common world issues — buy from a source you trust and ask questions.
Grading standards and terminology can differ by country and era; we're glad to explain what we're seeing on a specific coin.
World gold and silver coins often carry a bullion floor in addition to numismatic value, similar to U.S. gold and silver.
Certification from NGC or PCGS exists for many world and ancient coins and can add confidence for higher-value pieces.
